At Bholuma, we sell digital credits that users can redeem to generate AI-powered subtitles. Due to the nature of our service, all credit purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
However, if you experience any major technical issues — such as credits being deducted without successful subtitle generation — you may request a refund. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchasing credits
- Misuse or misunderstanding of how the service works
- Credits unused over time
